WHAT IS THE SACRED WELLNESS JOURNEY?

The Sacred Wellness Journey is a 4-week holistic wellness program designed to nurture your mind, body, and spirit. It focuses on creating balance and promoting healing through personalized practices that support your unique path to well-being. The journey integrates mindful eating, movement, spiritual alignment, and mindfulness practices to help you cultivate a harmonious, healthier lifestyle. This journey empowers you to transform your well-being and connect more deeply with yourself in a supportive and sacred space.

HOW IT WORKS

The Sacred Wellness Journey works by offering individualized guidance and support across four key areas: mindful eating, gentle movement, mindfulness, and spiritual practices. After an initial consultation, you will receive a customized wellness plan tailored to your needs and goals. Each week, you’ll be guided through various practices designed to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual healing. Regular check-ins and adjustments will be made throughout the program to ensure that you’re progressing toward your goals and feeling supported every step of the way.

WHAT IS THE PILOT PROGRAM?

The Sacred Wellness Journey Pilot Program is an intimate, free trial version of the full program, offered for a limited time. It provides a select group of participants with the opportunity to experience the journey firsthand while helping to refine and shape the program for future clients. Participants will receive the same personalized guidance and support, but they will need to source their own food and herbs. As part of the pilot, your feedback will be invaluable in fine-tuning the program, ensuring that it provides the best possible support for those seeking holistic healing.

STEP 1

Application & Selection

Submit Application: Interested individuals will fill out an intake form to provide background information, wellness goals, and any health concerns.

Selection Process: A small group of participants will be chosen based on their commitment to the journey and the alignment of their goals with the program’s offerings.

STEP 2

Initial Consultation

One-on-One Consultation: Once selected, you’ll have an initial consultation (via video call or phone) to discuss your current health, wellness goals, and lifestyle. This consultation helps create a personalized plan.

Goal Setting: Together, we’ll set clear, achievable wellness goals for the 4-week journey.

STEP 3

Personalized Wellness Plan

Custom Plan Creation: Based on the initial consultation, a personalized plan will be developed for you. This will include guidance on mindful eating, movement, spiritual practices, and mindfulness tailored to your specific needs.

No Food/Herbs Provided: Since this is a free pilot, participants are responsible for sourcing their own food and herbs.

STEP 4

Weekly Check-Ins & Adjustments

Weekly Check-Ins: Throughout the 4 weeks, we’ll have regular check-ins to assess your progress, make any necessary adjustments, and address any challenges.

Support & Guidance: I will provide ongoing guidance, ensuring you feel supported in your journey, while also offering tips and strategies to enhance your results.

STEP 5

Completion & Feedback

Program Wrap-Up: After the 4 weeks, we will have a final consultation to review your progress, celebrate achievements, and identify areas for continued growth.

Feedback Session: As part of the pilot, your feedback is crucial. You’ll be asked to provide honest insights about your experience to help refine the program for future participants.

STEP 6

Continued Support (Optional)

Post-Program Support: If you wish to continue your wellness journey, you will have the option to join the full version of the program or receive ongoing guidance and support through follow-up sessions.
